Payment and Funding Models

Intensive block therapy deals are available at school holiday rates.
Pre-payment required.

Therapy packages are available on a term-by-term basis.
Pre-payment required. Make-up sessions available. 

You may be eligible to receive a Medicare rebate for 5 allied health sessions per year. Speak to your GP about whether a Chronic Disease Management (CDM) or other care plan is suitable for you.

Depending on your private health fund and level of coverage, you may be eligible for rebated speech pathology sessions. Speak to your provider about what they cover.

We recognise that the fee for services can be prohibitive to those without funding support. Chapters is committed to providing community-minded and accessible support options, whilst maintaining the viability of our service.  If you are ineligible for Medicare rebates, Private Health rebates or NDIS funds, and are experiencing personal financial barriers to accessing services, please reach out to discuss options such as shorter sessions, parent coaching, group programs or to learn about our commitment to matching Medicare rebates for un-funded clients.

We are able to provide reasonable and necessary speech pathology supports to NDIS clients with self-managed or plan-managed NDIS funds.

Unfortunately we cannot take on agency-managed NDIS clients at this stage.

Chapters Speech Pathology invoices all fees immediately following a service. 

Payment is due within 7 days. Chapters may cease services if fees are overdue.

Chapters Speech Pathology requires full advanced payment for reports.

Appointments can be cancelled in writing with more than 48 hours notice.

Where less than 48 hours notice is provided, a cancellation fee equivalent to the full service fee will be incurred.
