Payment and Funding Models

Assessment and therapy packages are available at school holiday rates.
Pre-payment required.

We are able to provide reasonable and necessary speech pathology supports to NDIS clients with self-managed or plan-managed NDIS funds.

Unfortunately we cannot take on agency-managed NDIS clients at this stage.

You may be eligible to receive a Medicare rebate for 5 allied health sessions per year. Speak to your GP about whether a Chronic Disease Management (CDM) plan is suitable for you.

Depending on your private health fund and level of coverage, you may be eligible for rebated speech pathology sessions. Speak to your provider about what they cover.

Chapters Speech Pathology invoices all services immediately following a service. Payment is due within 7 days. Chapters may cease services where fees are overdue.

Chapters Speech Pathology requires full advanced payment for reports. 

Appointments can be cancelled in writing with more than 48 hours notice.

Where less than 48 hours notice is provided, a cancellation fee equivalent to the full service fee will be incurred.
